Aren't we lucky to finally have this spring weather! As I write this email, the birds are chirping, the dogs have spring fever, and our tortoise wants to get out of his winter quarters.

The sellers market is back and desirable homes are in high demand. Sellers should prepare their homes months ahead of time, as these buyers are very picky.
